Dr. Henry attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He received his B.S. in zoology from LSU and his MD from LSU Medical Center, where he was president of both his freshman and sophomore classes. He completed post-graduate training at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and his residency at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. He received numerous academic and athletic honors during his undergraduate and medical school training. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, American College of Sports Medicine, the Southern Medical Association, Southern Orthopaedic Association, Texas Medical Association, Louisiana State Medical Society, Louisiana Orthopaedic Association, Acadiana Orthopaedic Society and Lafayette Parish Medical Society.
